Maybe this might help you, when i started having similar problems with other motherboards I decided to change the ballbearings for higher quality ones, the cheaper ballbearings always seam to have a lower temperature of melting point than the high quality ones. My advice is find a good supplier with good quality product, you sould be carefull of all the cheap dodgy products out their.
