em análise Smartphone Moto G 2 Geração - [ XT1068 ] - Error Preflash validation failed

Caro amigos eu estou com um aparelho que estar com loop infinito , e entra no bootloader normalmente só que as ele não aceita a rom ele da 2 erros que não deixam o aparelho ligar

caso algm de voces tenham resolvido esse problema me ajudem , obrigado.

@Leticia Pires Você está instalando uma Stock Rom anterior a atual do seu aparelho ? Experimentou fazer o desbloqueio do bootloader ?

Olha foi assim eu instalei  a viper Os nele aí ficou de boa . Um dia ele descarregou e ficou nesse looping aí tentei recolocar  a tom original mesmo assim não vai

Você fez a instalação de um Software modificado. Talvez terá que acessa o modo Recovery do seu Motorola, ir na opção Reboot Bootloader e reiniciar o celular e refazer o desbloqueio do bootloader.

Após isso usar o Minimal ADB Fastboot  e seguir os comandos abaixo : 

• fastboot flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn  
• fastboot reboot-bootloader
• fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
• fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
• fastboot flash logo logo.bin
• fastboot flash boot boot.img
• fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

ja peguei um caso parecido, só foi resolvido com a instalação da Rom pela Box.

pode explicar como assim pela box ? eu tentei outras rom originais e nada 4.4 , 5.1 e 6.0 to perdido n sei oque fazer
