Beleza... se fosse windows já ia dizer pra jogar fora e instalar linux, porque windows não se presta pra servidor.

 

Ponha ele pra rodar normalmente, e quando o blynk parar, logue via vnc, abra um terminal e dê o comando "dmesg".. e o resultado do comando você copia e posta aqui. Provavelmente ele vai mostrar por que o processo do blynk está caindo.
