4.6 V is pretty close to 5V but we don't really know the threshold voltage. -

And you have different SSDs. TLC is low compared to low performance and low write cycle. MLC is no longer better, increase SSD lifetime, longer write cycle. And the last is SLC, for server or high-end, better performance and more write cycle. PS: Sorry for my bad english
