    Boa noite senhores! O computador realmente não liga devido a um possível curto em um desses 3 componentes pq9 pq10 e pq11. Antes de substituilos, SUGIRO LIMPAR TODA A PLACA COM ALCOOL ISOPROPANOL e um pincel. Alguma sujeira pode estar fechando corrente. Principalmente se o cliente tiver gatos ou cachorro. O pelo do animal fecha curto em algum componente da placa. Ai basta limpar. Eh isso ai, boa sorte!
