    Amigos, qualquer mosfet de 30v, 12amp., serve. Desde que tenha 3,30mm, ele é pequeno.

    Dell vostro v130. Placa: DR13 CALPEL LA MB 10251-1  48.4M101.011

    É um mosfet comum, qfdualquer um de 30v, 12a dá para substituir, o problema é o tamanho, ele pequeno, mede 3,30mm. Fico muito agradecido pela ajuda do amigo, abraço.
