    Fala galera, também tenho internet Via rádio e tive o mesmo problema. Minha solução foi usar o gerenciador de downloads do 4shhared. Não é tão pesado, e pra fazer o download só preciso adicionar o arquivo na minha conta e entrar no aplicativo do 4shared que ele estará lá pra eu baixar. A informação que tive da minha prestadora de serviços de internet foi que o problema ocorre devido ao meu IP ser fixo e não dinâmico. Espero ter ajudado.
