    Cara isso me parece ser firmeware, eu resolvi o meu 1200 atualizando, no site da garmin você atualiza ele gratuito. http://software.garmin.com/pt-BR/express.html Baixa isso e ver se resolve, no meu caso deu certo. Eu coloco a imagem do mapa no cartão de memoria e depois aponto o mapa para ele e pronto.
