    olá sou novo neste forun e lendo alguns poust resolvi ajudar. sai com a impressão muito clara,tem três alternativas limpar o vidro onde sai o faixe de laser , regular uns trimpouts, lembrado girar da esquerda para direita bem devagar e bem pouquinho e por fim substituir a laser scanner,este defeito eu ja peguei. espero ter ajudado.
