    Estou com uma TV TCL 32S6500S NS:941021 com Loop Infinito, já tentei diversos softwares e nenhum aceita, procurei em vários lugares o compatível com a versão 941021, mas não achei, a fabricante não ta disponibilizando no site, gostaria de alguma ajuda ou dica sobre o que devo fazer para recuperar.
