    Boa tarde pessoal, estou com uma placa mae do HP Compac elite 8300 em bancada Que quando plugada na tomada ela liga direto dando 4 beeps é acende o led vermelho 4 vezes, estou com suspeita de bios, mais quando vou gravar o chip não é reconhecido na TL866cs. O CI é o 25q128A de 16 pinos estou usando um adaptador que veio na gravadora, Segue em anexo:
