Buenos dias a todo, Ia pologize but I speak only few words of spanish so I hope english its welcome too. I've here a Toashiba QSMIO X500 that works properly on external VGA and DVI but on LCD the imagine appear all gray. First of all I checked that the LCD screen works properly so I tested it with an other working display and it give all gray. Next I noticed that LCD had problems becasue sometimes when I powered on the laptop it shutdown soon next and I had to disconnect power to power on again. So I opened the cable and I found 3 broken flats that I repaired. Next I tested pin by pin the LCD cable and now its ok and machine start every time properly but the imagine still doesn't appear on LCD. Looking on the mainboard I found a transistor (Q1) that overheated and doesn't works properly. Id like to chenage it but I can't find out what transistor it is. The identfy code print on it is : WF0A or WFOA and it has 3 pins marked as 1 -2 - 3. I'm looking for a schematic of this board that is a DATZ1CMB8F0 REV F that should be a Quanta TZ1. Anyone here can help me? Gracias
