    Recebi uma Hp Laserjet 3020 para consertar o Scanner pois ela liga e aparece a mensagem no painel: Lampada Scanner Aquecendo; o Scanner se move uns 3 centímetros, fica uns 50 segundos assim ai ela aparece a seguinte mensagem:Erro Scanner Desligar -> Ligar. Ja fiz os procedimentos de RESET pelo sistema da impressora, Limpeza do modulo de Scanner (espelhos internos), Limpeza da placa logica e dos sensores que encontrei. Se alguém tiver alguma ideia de aluma coisa que eu não tenha feito a não ser trocar o modulo de Scanner, desde já agradeço.
