Crash Karpy

I recently purchased an upgrade for an old PC I have and to upgrade the CPU, it obviously needed a bios update. Long story short, I bricked the bios and ended up buying a programmer with the clip for bios chips. After I tried flashing the latest bios with no luck I ended up accidentally erasing the bios completely. Does anyone happen to have a way that I can re-flash the .exe file to the bios or extract the bin file from the .exe file? I need update 1.0.13 if possible.

I'm Chris and I found out about EletrônicaBR through Google. I'm am amateur who is looking to fix old PCs for the novelty of it. I have a decent bit of experience building PCs and working with different operating systems and such, but lately I've been trying to learn more about bios flashing and how that sort of thing works. I have several computers, but at the moment I'm working on a Dell 531S and trying to upgrade it to the max and throw a new graphics card in to see how bad the bottleneck is. I tend to try to push old tech to the pinnacle of what it is capable of if possible.
