    Olá...! iniciando aqui neste fórum. saudações a todos! será uma honra em fazer parte desta comunidade e abranger ainda mais o conhecimentos com os colegas veteranos. É o seguinte pessoal; estou com essa TV que está desligando em canal especifico, ai pergunto... alguém já pegou esse tipo de defeito? já efetuei o hard reset e a mesma continua com defeito. por isso pensei se atualizando o software poderia resolver. e tbm se alguém poder informa onde consigo o arquivo ficarei grato...!
