    It looks like the Vivo TV app is no longer supported on BTV boxes. Even if you try to reinstall the APK, the service doesn’t work anymore because the servers seem to be offline. The issue isn’t with your device — the app has most likely been discontinued. A new box or another service is the only real solution now. Michael Carter The Admin of Etei
