    Parece ser um capacitor,a letra está embaixo do componente, mas parece ser um "C" que consegui ver na serigrafia, o ideal seria conseguir o esquema elétrico da placa. Uma maneira mais trabalhosa é seguir a trilha até um transistor ou CI e interpretar o datasheet, observar as recomendações e cáculos de voltagem e amperagem para calcular o valor mais próximo possível.
