Blank screen, no OSD. Backlight and normal voice?
Can be caused by a problem on:
*. Mother-board
* .Tcon / Panel
*.Kabel LVDS
Step2.
*. Clean the LVDS cable with a rubber eraser (end M / b and TCON) *. If necessary also clean the connectors (pd wedokan TCON and M / b), using fine sandpaper kertaspaling.
*. Still fault need to check each track relationship with ohm meter.
Step 3:
*. Check the voltage Vcc 5v / 12v into TCON. Nothing could be due to stress in the /ON/ PANEL M / b problem. Some need to be made circuit switch panel itself if the component faile
* .Ceck Fuse in TCON. Fuse breaking upcan be caused no damage to the power supply circuitic T.con
* .Ceck TCON power supply, such as AVdd, VGH, VGL, Vcc 3.3v / 1.8v, Vcom.
*. No voltage can be caused AVdd IC power supply T.con damaged. Or because the output path Avdd, VGH, VGL some half short (for capacitors smd), the glass panes short, so ic power supply dead protectionism.
*. Voltage VGH and VGL exist only if the voltage Avdd there, because the voltage is derived from Avdd.
*.voltage 3.3v / 1.8v standing alone, is not affected by the voltage Avdd
Step 4:
*. Check the image data signal into TCON. This can only be done with an oscilloscope.
*. Check the data at the signal path connector T.con with ohm meter. If resistansi are not uniform, this could indicate ic chip pd M / b corrupted. *. Check Resistor2 smd the image of LVDS signal path, there is a delay
*.signal one control pulses Gate Driver such as CKV, CKVB, OE, STV. Ic damage caused Timing Control, there are broken toll lanes, R break, capacitors smd short. *. Pulses timing control can only be seen with an oscilloscope
Step 5
(for panel )
*. Line 3.3v Vcc, pulse timing control lines to break. Can be overcome with the main jumper
* . nothing short inside the glass panel. Sometimes overcome glass panel or main surgical cutting / jumper clicking isolor For short track without surgery panels.
*. For panel with left-right, sometimes can be resolved with the main piece :-)cut:-) problematic.
