Bom dia amigos do forum eu estou querendo montar uma monte chaveada  de entrada 110/220v e saida 14.5v

com um trafo tairodal que trabalhe com uma frequência de 100khz gostraria que vcs me desse alguma dica de como fazer os cálculos para enrolar esse transformador achar a medida do núcleo o fio a ser usado a quantidade de voltas  . :)
