    Meu caro já tive alguns problemas em fontes até boas marcas, fonte alimenta 5V POWER ON mas não dão partida. Por muitas vezes transistor de potencia,ex:MJ13007 etc, simplesmente aberto B E é trocar volta ao normal. Espero ter ajudado.
