    Fera, já aconteceu isso comigo e fiz um reflaw no chipset da seguinte forma: Coloca pasta no chip, aquece por mais ou menos 1 minuto. Depois aplica por baixa da placa no local do chip e aquece em circulos ate borbulhar ao redor do chip. Em seguida coloque a placa na estufa por 25 minutos e temperatura aproximadamente à 120 graus. Tenta aí, não custa nada...
