Estou com televisor marca Philips modelo 39PFL4707G/78 que funciona por 10 a 15 minutos e desliga e apresenta diversas funções desconfiguradas, de acordo com proprietário do equipamento o mesmo informou que seu filho realizou o reset do nvm, acredito eu que seja a opção "initialize nvm", peço ajuda pois sou novo na área e peguei esse defeito e não sei como lidar. Grato, fico no aguardo!
