    Alguem me ajuda meu tablet navcity deu um problema de loop infinito tenho que restalar o firmaware mas tenho que fazer um processo mas o meu computador nao reconhece ele. Tenho que usar o programa "Rockchip Batch Tool v1.7" ou algum outro ja tentei outros mas da como nao tivesse nada conectado alguem me ajuda. Tablet Navcity NT-1710
