    Eu já trabalhei com suporte técnico tinha uns modelos desse tipo, a gente tinha que pegar um serial na própria maquina e inserir quando ia atualizar a bios. Aí ele parava o processo acelerado na próxima reinicialização. Acredito que ele resolva o problema do cooler que não desliga também.
