Achei a solução. https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General/Vostro-3500-BIOS-Flash-Failure-Recovery/m-p/4523844#M829340 Voce extrai o arquivo cujo nome termina com HDR da bios que você baixou no site da dell pelo cmd,voce pode achar tutorial no youtube de forma fácil. Depois de extraído o arquivo HDR voce o renomeia assim (winery50.hdr) e depois de renomeado copia ele pro pen driver, após coloque-o no notebook desligado sem a bateria e sem a fonte. Depois de colocar o pen drive, aperte a segure a tecla END e coloca o cabo de força... Depois de ligado va na ultima opção da bios para atualizar a mesma. Reinicia e ta restaurado seu dell
