    Parece ser erro de comunicação, isso aconteceu comigo na Epson L380, então fiz o seguinte. -baixei o reset novamente(arquivo zip) -alterei a data para 01/08/2017 -descompactei o arquivo -localizei manualmente a impressora no programa do reset. Dessa forma deu tudo certo, não tive essa experiência com a L1300. mas deixo a dica, talvez funciona com voce.
