    Obrigado! acabei descobrindo que é um comportamento normal para este nobreak e que o real problema estava na tomada onde o cliente conecta o nobreak

    Chegou este nobreak aqui na assistência com o seguinte problema, quando retira ele da tomada, mesmo estando desligado fica um barulho de alta frequência como se não desligasse. já testei baterias fusíveis e conectores e aparentemente tudo ok
