    Então amigo, fiz o teste no botão e ele está funcionando, pela foto postada aí percebi que bem do lado esquerdo do botão tem um capacitor cerâmico, na minha placa está sem e tentei até por usb fazer o reset e não obtive sucesso essa tá complicado.
