    Olá companheiros , gostaria que me ajudassem a desenvolver um circuito. Tenho 45vdc na tomada do ramal telefônico, quando o ramal toca vai pra 46,7vdc . Gostaria de acender um led Estrobo ou uma lâmpada comum quando o ramal toca. Não tenho experiência em desenvolvimento de circuito. Fiz este da imagem mas não sei se vai funcionar. Me ajudem por favor.
