    Estive com o mesmo problema , resolvi trocando a versão do Jrunner With Extras pela Jrunner v0.3 Beta (mais antiga) , e após gravar a ECC (RGH3_Jasper64_10mhz.bin) subiu o xell . Na versão do Jrunner With Extras , apresentava a mensagem ``The dump may be incomplete or corrupt´´ realizava a gravação mas não subia o xell. Na versão do Jrunner v0.3 Beta , apresentou a mensagem `` Nand initialization Finished´´ gravou e finalmente subiu o xell . Só tive esse problema no Fat jasper 64
