    Olá!! Estou com problema parecido e mesmo seguindo esses passos de reset da bios não consegui resetar. o Notebook é um samsung NP300E4C. e atualmente ele não aparece a tecla F2 e F4 e abre apenas uma tela para escolher dispositivos com HD e Pen drive (Boot Menu). Mas infelizmente não abre nenhum. Eu removi o HD e instalei o windows em outra maquina e coloquei de volta no notebook mas nem sinal. apenas para na tela de Boot menu. Alguém pode me ajudar???
