    Boa tarde. Estava com o mesmo problema em uma impressora HP laserjet pro 401, com a mensagem de "T. papel não prev bandeja 2". Troquei o rolete guia, Selenóide, Engraxei, coloquei pressão nas molas dos sensores de papel E NÃO TEVE JEITO. A Solução foi trocar o conjunto de sensores que ficam abaixo do cartucho de toner. O problema foi resolvido! ATT: Arcelino.
