    Estou com está placa da Dell , quando coloco Hd ela não entra no windows, aparece a bandeira do windows e reinicia, já formatei em outra máquina e nada, alguém poderia me ajudar ? Detalhe estou usando a placa em outro gabinete e não da Dell.
