    se o smartphone lenovo a7010 trava na tela da logo da marca e não termina esse processo, e não liga, basta desligar o aparelho apertar o botão power e volume + (o botão de cima) juntos e será mostrado uma lista em outro idioma, talvez o chinês; usando o botão volume - (o botão do meio) navegue na lista e vá até a opção onde você consegue ler no final da frase as siglas eMMC (embedded MultiMediaCard) que estarão no seu idioma; selecione-a. aparecerá uma tela de carregamento e o lenovo a7010 iniciará novamente sozinho.
