Hello everyone, I am looking for the schematic or service manual for an APC Smart-UPS RT SURTA3000XL. UPS model: APC Smart-UPS RT SURTA3000XL Main board: 640-0751E REV06 Logic board: 640-0750C / 640-0750G Requested documentation: Schematic or Service Manual. Problem description: The UPS was working before the battery replacement. After installing a new battery pack, the UPS started reporting a permanent Internal Fault (red X). At first, the UPS was still able to communicate through the original APC serial protocol. I successfully connected with apctest and could read UPS information. The reported battery charge was initially about 25%, then later dropped to 0%. After that, serial communication stopped completely. Current symptoms: - Permanent Internal Fault (red X). - No AC output. - Self-test only produces a single beep. - RS232 communication is completely inactive. - No communication with apctest. - No communication with PuTTY. Checks already performed: - Battery pack verified. - Cold restart performed. - APC serial cable checked with a multimeter (continuity OK). - Logic board removed and carefully inspected on both sides. - Main board visually inspected. - No burnt components found. - No swollen capacitors. - No obvious PCB damage. - Board edge connector and contacts are clean. I would appreciate any of the following: - Schematic for board 640-0751E (or compatible revision). - Service manual. - Diagnostic procedure. - Information about common failures that can cause both Internal Fault and complete loss of serial communication.
