    Venho compartilhar um uma experiência, estava com um notebook na bancada dell vostro 5470 e o mesmo quando tocado em qualquer parte dele ficava piscando a tela e pesquisando em outros forums consegui resolver o problema, o defeito era solda fria no componente u11 fica na parte de trás da placa próximo do conector do HD ressoldei ele e o note volto a funcionar sem defeito algum.
