Boa tarde amigos, estou com um notebook na bancada sem sinal nenhumm sem 3v e nem 5 na placa, alguem me da uma dica por favor?

boa tarde amigo! Primeiramente veja se chega os 19v da fonte até a placa mãe,as vezes pode ser algum deefito no conector ou fusíveis de entrada. Depois meça com o pino preto do multimetro em terra as resistencias nas bobinas pra ver se identifica algum curto nessas linhas.
