Após ser feita uma transcodificao de Pal-m para Ntsc o aparelho não apresenta imagem e o drive leitor não funciona.

 

Segue o esquema

 

1- Remova o jumper do Jp2 e coloque-o no Jp1

 

2- Troque o cristal de 14.302 mhz (x1) por um cristal de 14.318 mhz

 

3- Troque o Cristal x5 por um de 20mh

 

4- Coloque um resistor 2k2 no R142 e conectaremos a perna 7 do IC21 à perna 12 com um jumper
