Depois de muitas pesquisas descobri que o Ci LD5760 é praticamente igual ao DAP041 que é usado na fonte do PS4 Fat modelo ADP-200ER e em outras do PS4 Slim.

É uma alternativa já que o Ci DAP041 está muito caro e o LD5760 é mais barato e acha fácil.

 

Continuo as pesquisas e já fiz os testes e o Ci LD5760 funciona normalmente no lugar do DAP041, agora achei o substituto do DDA001AG que é o NCP1396AG. 

Esses Ci's foram remarcados a pedido da SONY para dificultar o conserto, já que não existiam no mercado.
