    só pra constar, ja peguei também esse mesmo modelo com o mesmo sintoma, só resolvi fazendo o fazendo o reballing do chipset BGA, ficou top. pra quem não tem uma estaçao de retrabalho, dá pra improvisar um reflow no BGA, mas não é muito garantido que fique 100%.
