    @infocel technology I had the exact same problem! the one closer to the edge, near #2 was shorted. the charger IC PU700 (TI BQ24777) detected the fault and shut down charging: no voltage to the battery. I replaced the bad cap with another one found on the top side (right next to PL700), and it worked. I think it's at least 10uF. They probably underated it, not high enough rated voltage, and over time caused the caps to fail. if it fails again, replace it with a better one, at higher rated voltage. but larger physical sizes (eg. 50V part) in 1210 won't fit due to too tall of the height. so I put the 50V part at the top side near PL700 instead.
