    Hum, seu problema pode ser na tela ou no inverter da tela, experimenta colocar uma tela externa e vê se passa video, se passar não é a placa.

    Até onde sei o MAC faz uma comutação automática ele usa a placa de vídeo dedicada quando necessita só, um modo de desativar a placa dedica não sei se tem, mas deixar ela sempre ativa é em: "Preferências do Sistema → Economia de Energia → desmarque:Comutação automática de gráficos".
