    Olá Estou com essa placa em analise que não liga, quando conecto o carregador tenho 0,12v nos pinos da bateria, e o ci de charge (BQ24780s) as voltagens que tenho nele estão na imagem na segunda foto e onde vem o 19 carregador n passa pelo mosfet agradeço qualquer ajuda, esse e meu primeiro post peço desculpa pelos erros
