    Tente ligar somente a fonte (jumper entre fio verde e preto do conector). Se tiver o cooler ligado nela veja se funciona ou veja se tem tensão nos cabos dela. Pode ser que tenha avariado a placa-mãe e a mesma não estar ligando por causa disso!
