    Estou em um projeto de notebook de bancada, Quero que o notebook ligue sozinho assim que for plugado na tomada. Porem o mesmo só liga quando faço o jumper desse conector(pino preto na placa) no terra (alguns componentes na placa). Já tentei fazer um jumper e soldar na placa porem o notebook não liga.
