    Também tenho esse problema na minha TV smart philco 28". Já assisti vários vídeos de ajuste e configurações, mas nada ajuda. Tenho para meu filho assistir filmes e desenhos, mas funciona uns 10 a 15 minutos e trava. Só desligando e ligando denovo e recomeçando. Ajudaria muito se alguém tivesse uma solução. Tive uma TV LG smart 28" antes, que funcionava perfeitamente, nunca travou. Por fim meu filho olha desenho no meu celular (que usa a mesma internete), pois daí não trava....
