    apesar do relato do cliente ter falado de ter desligado a TV durante o processo de atualização ,mesmo assim conferi as tensões da v com,inclusive até fiz uma teste com a placa da LG e gerou imagem normal atestando que o display esta bom, como não encontrei o firmware dessa televisão HQ hqs32nkh ,nem no site do fabricante,nem por telefone e nem email vem pedir ajuda aqui ,se alguém pode me ajudar com o download do firmware da atualização?
