    Oi boa noite. queria saber se alguém sabe me informar se tem jeito ou não de ''consertar'' isso. Tenho um monitor da marca positivo modelo Smile563 e ele fica somente em 59.8hz, algumas pessoas falam que não tem diferença mas não consigo ter a fluidez de 60hz normais. Já usei o AMD Radeon Software para forçar ele a ficar a 60hz mas ele perde a qualidade de imagem e continua sem a fluidez.
