    Estou com um notebook dell inspiron 14z 5423 que esta com defeito no teclado, as teclas "r t f g v b ?" não funcionam. Fiz a troca pro um teclado novo e continuou com o mesmo defeito, nas mesmas teclas. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor?
