    Boa Noite Pessoal. estou com uma placa do Notebook Multilaser Legacy Cloud. Modelo da Placa EM_H8316 V3.0. Ela não liga mais e não dá sinal de luzes, já foi verificado curto nos componentes circulados em vermelho, e baixa tensão no circulado verde, em teste de Fonte de bancada a placa mostra consumo normal. queria saber se alguém aqui tem alguma ideia de como resolver esse problema, ou alguma dica do que mais posso testar?
